This hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to the Claudelands Events Centre, making it perfect for attendees of events. Plus, it is close to Chartwell shopping mall and Pak N Save supermarket. the rooms are clean, tidy and comfortable, with excellent shower pressure. the staff are pleasant and obliging, providing excellent value for money.
There is some inconsistency in the rooms and the surrounding areas can be noisy.

Sparkling clean room, great staff, value for money cooked breakfast for $9.50
In the NZ summer no air conditioning, unbearable hot at night, especially as with motels you have to close the windows at night for security reasons. The fan in the cupboard was inadequate.

We stayed in this hotel during a conference and found it to be handy to nearby shops and the Claudelands Convention Center. The hotel facilities were clean and parking was available. The hotel's location made transportation around the city very convenient. The staff were friendly and always available to assist.
Was all great.

The one good thing about the hotel was its convenient location near local attractions and restaurants. the room was also fairly clean upon arrival, with fresh towels and bedding available. the pricing was affordable, making it a budget, friendly option for those travelling on a budget.
The hotel was in desperate need of an update and renovation. the furnishings were old and outdated, and the room felt quite dingy and uninviting.

Our recent city trip was made even better by the comfortable accommodation we found. The location was ideal, close to all the attractions, which was perfect for our itinerary. The room was spacious and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and provided a peaceful night's rest. The friendly staff welcomed us and helped us with all our inquiries, and the lovely continental breakfast provided in the morning was a great start to our day.
We did have a couple of minor disappointments during our stay. The room lacked some of the amenities we expected, and the water pressure in the shower was weak.

Secondly, the attention to detail was impressive, from the clean and tidy rooms with kitchen facilities to the comfortable beds and armchair. Lastly, the staff were friendly and provided excellent service, making my stay even more enjoyable.
All in all, my stay at this hotel was fantastic and I couldn't find any significant flaws.
